تسهم تنمية الموارد البشرية من خلال التعليم والتدريب في تعزيز مصالح الافراد والمجتمع، وتعد العنصرالفاعل في المنافسة الصناعية، ويمثل قطاع صناعة الملايس الجاهزة دعامة أساسية لبناء المستقبل، وتستحوذ على اهتمام كبير من كافة الدول، وبرامج التدريب المقدمة لذوي االحتياجات الخاصة تختلف باختلاف الفئة الموجه إليها التدريب، واحتياجات سوق العمل التي يتحدد على أساسها محتويات البرنامج من معارف ومهارات وإستراتيجيات التدريب.ويهدف البحث إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي في صناعة الموضة وقياس فاعليته في إعداد كوادر مؤهلة لصناعة الموضة من النساء ذوات الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتتضح أهمية البحث من خلال المساهمة في تحويل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة إلى طاقة منتجة ودمجهم بالمجتمع، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي، وأوضحت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في إكساب المعارف والمهارات الاساسية للتحكم في تشغيل ماكينة الحياكة الصناعية لذوي الاعاقة السمعية. وأوصى الباحثان ببناء حقائب تدريبية لذوي الاعاقة السمعية لبناء قدراتهم في مراحل إنتاج الملابس المختلفة، واستغلال قدرات وسمات ذوي الاعاقة السمعية، ودمجهم للعمل في مصانع الملابس الجاهزة.. Developing human resources through education and training contributes to promoting the interests of individuals and society. It is the active element in industrial competition. The RMG sector represents a basic pillar for building the future. The training programs offered to people with special needs differ according to the target group in terms of knowledge, skills and training strategies. The research aims to design a training program in the fashion industry and measure its effectiveness in preparing qualified cadres for women with special needs. The importance of the research is evident through the contribution of transforming people with special needs to productive individuals and integrating them into society. The research followed the descriptive and experimental methods. The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the training program in acquiring the basic knowledge and skills to sewing Techniques for people with hearing disabilities. The researchers recommended training packages for people with hearing disabilities to integrate them to work in Ready-Made Garment factories.
